REFUND POLICY
Your registration applies to the specific course, dates, and location you have chosen. All payments are non-refundable, subject to any refunds we are required to provide in accordance with the statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If for some reason you cannot attend the course for which you registered, you may:
Transfer Your Registration
Transfers are available only when programme tuition is paid . You may apply this payment to another course subject to the following guidelines:
Transferring to Another Course - BGI 1, 2 or 3 individual seminar purchases in Australia only
You can transfer your registration one time to the same course on another date or at another location in Australia only with these guidelines:
The fee for each transfer will be $75 AUS. The transfer fee will be waived if the transfer is to an earlier date.
Your request for a transfer needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of the seminar.
You can transfer only into a BGI 1, 2 or 3 seminar that occurs within 12 months of date of registration. If the seminar is not within the 12 month period, you will not be able to transfer.
If you registered for a seminar with a discounted tuition, you may transfer one time and retain the discounted tuition rate.
Transfer exclusion BGI Triune. BGI Triune - all seminars are to be attended in the year advertised / the year purchased.
BGI TRIUNE & BGI ME - THE ULTIMATE IMMERSION - no transfers for BGI 3 component - must be attended in the year advertised of purchase due to limit of available dates offered.
Transferring to Another Person
You may request that your registration be transferred to another person who must be a registered Chiropractor or Chiropractic student by contacting BGI office : admin@bgiaustralia.com. Transferring online to another person is not available. Note the following:
The person needs to be a registered Chiropractor of Chiropractic student.
Your request for a transfer to another person needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of the programme for which you originally registered and will be granted subject to availability.
You can transfer your registration to another person only for a course that occurs within four months after the start date of the programme for which you originally registered.
Cancel Your Registration
All payments are non-refundable subject to any refunds we are required to provide in accordance with the statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. No refund, The full fee is required to be considered registered and that full fee is nonrefundable. If you cannot attend the seminar, the fee paid can be applied to a seminar within one year of the original registration date, with a 30% administration fee.
BGI Cancellation of Workshop Policy
BGI Australasia is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a workshop cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements.
In the event that a workshop must be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment, all fees and deposits are refunded in full or may be transferred to another workshop within 12 months.
BGI Australasia will make all efforts to confirm the workshop schedule for the session ten (10) business days prior to the date of the session. In the event that two (2) weeks prior to the date of the session the minimum number of participants for the session have not enrolled, BGI Australasia shall have the right to cancel any such session without any liability to [client] for travel expenses incurred or otherwise. BGI Australasia strongly encourages [client] either to make all travel arrangements related to the BGI Australasia workshop session after BGI Australasia confirms the session or to ensure that travel expenses are refundable in the event BGI Australasia elects to cancel any such session due to insufficient enrollment.
